Scheduling Coordinator
Amanda graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in June 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Wine and Viticulture. Her experience in event planning and customer service aligns perfectly with the Marcel Method.

Angie
Registered Dental Assistant
Angie began her career in 1989 when she became a Registered Dental Assistant and joined our team in 1991. She’s a mother of three, has three grandchildren, and volunteers at her church to assist in the Children’s Choir.
Caitlyn
Registered Dental Assistant
After Caitlyn graduated from Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts, she completed her internship at Allcare Family Dentistry before joining our team in 2020. Caitlyn enjoys the team atmosphere at Marcel Method and the close bonds that are created between our team members and patients.
Jennifer
Treatment Coordinator & Registered Dental Assistant
Jennifer became a Registered Dental Assistant in 1991 and has worked alongside Dr. Marcel in treatment planning, correspondence, digital records, and chairside assisting since 2000. On the weekends, you’ll find her boating, camping, and enjoying the great outdoors.
Joanna
Finance Associate
Joanna manages the financial and background details of the practice in all three locations. She enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and wine tasting.
Kim
Financial Coordinator and Registered Dental Assistant
Kim received her Registered Dental Assistant license in 1981 and has been an essential member of our team since 1994. She has frequently been invited to speak at the American Association of Orthodontists Annual Conference so others can learn from her.
Kylie
Registered Dental Assistant
Kylie joined us in 2017 at the start of her career as an assistant in the clinic and the lab. She spends her weekends with her husband and daughter, and her Boston Terrier, Dixie.
Marcie
Practice Manager
Marcie rejoined our team in 2019, bringing over 25 years of experience in the dental field. She has worked in all facets of dentistry, including general dentistry, oral surgery, and orthodontics.
Maria
Clinic Coordinator and Registered Dental Assistant
Maria joined our team in 2022 and brings over 15 years of clinical experience in Orthodontics. She enjoys being part of a team where every team member strives to work together to be the best part of our patients’ day.
Meagan
Registered Dental Assistant
Meagan is a Registered Dental Assistant who joined our team after her daughter began treatment with us. She and her husband have three beautiful girls who share their love for all things Disney.
Rebecca
Registered Dental Assistant
Rebecca is a Registered Dental Assistant, currently working towards an Orthodontic Assistant certification. She’s also state board-certified in cosmetology and can be found at the gym weightlifting in her free time.
Rob
Laboratory Technician
Rob has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Psychology. He enjoys spending his free time at his cabin in the mountains with his significant other and their yellow lab.
Simona
Scheduling Coordinator
Simona joined our team in June of 2015 as our Scheduling Coordinator. She’s one of our amazing marketing team members who creates all of our social media content. She brings with her a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her experience with human behavior and children enhances our practice and patient experiences.

Professional Relations Coordinator
Stacy has used her financial expertise to enhance our administrative team since 2002. She enjoys watching ice hockey in her free time and is a die-hard San Jose Sharks fan!
